Job Brief

We currently have an opportunity available for a Sales Executive. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Executive to join our Sales team! As our Sales Executive your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, managing and closing leads, being responsible for customer service and satisfaction, product knowledge, conducting market research and sales presentations. You must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through email and phone. You will be directly reporting to one of our founders.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Set up calls with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role.
Proven record of successful deal closures.
Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing.
Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Ability to extensively communicate via phone calls and emails.
Good communication skills.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Minimum Education Qualification: Graduate
Proficiency in English and Hindi
Knowledge of MS Office
