Full Stack Engineer, GTM Growth

The Opportunity

As part of the Growth/GTM engineering team, your mission is to supercharge Abnormal Security’s growth engine and maximize our ability to win and retain new business at scale. You will collaborate with different folks, including product, engineering, design, data science, sales and marketing team.

What you’ll do:

• Optimize our internal processes with automation such that we can service customers with little to no human intervention.
• Build tooling to make the GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) more effective and drive efficiency and efficacy
• Support delivering a world class prospect/customer user experience.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, developing and shipping frontend features on web applications and building internal tools.
• Experience in writing up with tech designs
• Experience in operational excellence, strong in debugging and enabling support to customers
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate well cross functionally, like with the product, design, data science, GTM teams like sales, marketing and customer success.
• Experience with working on relevant tech stacks - django, python, scripts, airflow, go and microservices, frontend web app development, frontend frameworks or react, databases.
• Experience working at scale
