Marketing Manager - Investor Outreach Specialist

Overview:
PicMii Crowdfunding is looking for a Marketing Manager to help develop and coordinate the execution of marketing strategies for our retail investment platform. This role will work closely with business founders to develop marketing strategies that drive toward organizational goals, as well as investor outreach.

This role will be responsible for maintaining a roadmap of marketing initiatives across multiple business lines and ensuring their timely and successful execution.

The primary driver of success in this role will be excellent communication skills to keep all stakeholders updated and accountable, previous specialization of investor outreach/connections to bring in more accredited and nonaccreditated investors to our plaltform, and creativity to develop effective marketing campaigns and remove blockers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should have experience with all marketing areas, including email marketing, performance marketing, social media, PR, branding, copywriting and design, SEO, as well as a strong command of data and analytics.

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Founders.

What You'll do:

• Campaign Strategy - Develop and implement marketing plans for the business to promote our retail investment platform
• Digital Outreach - You will support PicMii social channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn). You will own the digital/social media markting for new investors/issuers via digital outreach.
• Investor Outreach - You will help find and acquire new accredited investors (high-net-worth (HNW)) as well as nonaccreditated individuals. This will include handling email, phone and other communications.
• Content Creation - Assist in creating educational collateral that clearly communicates PicMii’s value prop, the securities exemptions we utilize, and our different investment verticals.
• Investor Communications - You may be tasked with developing investor communications for investment updates or key aspects of the investor journey.
• All-Around Marketing - You will be tasked to strategize and perform the marketing tactics to get our name out in the industry. These tasks wil include social media content/marketing, email marketing, and SEO marketing.

About You:

• Prior experience in the crowdfunding industry with past experince in investor/issuer outreach
• Prior experience in a marketing manager function
• Experience creating social media content and ads with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• You have experience with digital channels. You understand the tools available in digital spaces for community building and how to use them to build a best-in-class customer experience.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills: You can represent PicMii both online and in-person in a professional and clear manner.
• You take initiative. There is no task too small or “not your job.” You understand that to begin, you will be required to ask questions and take action.
