Sarson Funds is seeking Investment Management Associates/Internal Wholesalers to become part of our Digital Asset Investment Management team.
Investment Management Associates are responsible for serving as a strategic partner in developing and maximizing business relationships with financial advisors (RIA’s) and wealth management firms to distribute cryptocurrency investment strategies on the Sarson Funds platform. Investment Management Associates are responsible for increasing recruitment and sales activity in partnership with the Sarson Funds investment management and marketing teams. The primary role of the Investment Management Associate is to close business and promote Sarson Funds digital asset investment strategies to advisors seeking to incorporate cryptocurrency investment products into their client offerings.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Making proactive outbound calls to investigate potential sales.
• Proactively position and differentiate Sarson Funds and our investment products against competitor firms and products to Financial Advisors
• Build an efficient and thoughtful strategy to maximize engagement and influence
• Expand existing client base by uncovering investment needs and presenting solutions
• Identify and pursue new opportunities by client profiling, lead identification, and follow-up activity
• Scheduling quality appointments weekly to meet with producing or potentially producing RIA's.
• Receive incoming calls via sales queue and answers questions
• Follow-up on appointments, conference leads and referrals of qualified representatives
• Provide website tours to promote company products and services
• Assist RIA's in analyzing information regarding digital asset investing that may fit their clients’ requirements.
• Be a product expert on Sarson Funds digital asset investment strategy solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• One year or more of general sales experience, or financial sales experience; experience selling over the phone needed
• Proven track record of success in selling and maintaining relationships
• Proven success with multi-tasking and staying on top of priorities
• Capacity to build relationships across entire organization and with our partner firms
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency landscape, financial markets, and market terminology
• Proficiency in the use our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Effectiveness in presenting to financial advisors
• Series 7 and 66 (63 & 65 in lieu) required or must be obtained within licensing time frame after hire • Knowledge of investment trends and advisor practices
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proven MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with web-based technology
