We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Marketing Manager to help us expand our customer base.
About the Role:
Your primary job will be to work with our Chief Executive Officer to execute marketing programs for Ubico.
This role provides a great opportunity for someone early in their career that is interested in joining a great and growing team, learning a lot about B2B sales and marketing operations, and growing into a sales, marketing, or project management role.
What you’ll do:
- Lead all marketing for the company and develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with key objectives.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing content.
- Working closely with designers and assisting with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Who you are:
- 2+ years applicable work experience, ideally in a marketing, sales or support role.
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
- Experience with digital marketing, including email and content marketing.
- Data Analytics experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a very fast, very agile work environment.
- High energy, integrity, and can-do attitude
- Strong writing and copywriting skills.
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, CRM, Gsuite)
