A Little About ElationLogic

ElationLogic is a young, small company with a family friendly work environment and a solid drive to get things done. We're working on a transmedia platform to allow non-technical people in a range of verticals to create, edit, and distribute their stories to multiple endpoints with a single solution.

*Who you are: *

• You have 4+ years of web development experience
• You have 2+ years of processional experience working with Vue (2/3) and Vuex. Vuetify experience is a major plus.
• You have excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) as well as Vue features, patterns, and best practices
• You have experience with SaaS products
• You're well versed in communication via Slack
• You’re highly self-motivated, and can work independently as well as with a team
• You're able to test your own code prior to commit
• You’re able to clearly articulate your knowledge and reasoning to technical and non-technical team members
• You question the status quo, take ownership of your work, and proactively identify and address issues and opportunities
• You’re excited to work in an open environment where you and your colleagues embrace change and new resources to help achieve a faster, cleaner development process
• You have a passion for building highly scalable interfaces in a fast paced, team-oriented collaborative environment

What you’ll do

• Work with the design and development teams to help maintain the core product, as well as build new features and experiences
• Provide insight and ideas to collaborative architecture and design review discussions
• Work with the QA and support teams to address existing issues as they arise
• Provide insights and ideas into how to evolve the development team process

What we are looking for in a successful candidate

• Experience working with a medium to large-scale state managed apps with a complex UI design
• Experienced with complex layouts, responsive design & flexbox, as well as understanding cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Experience with Atlassian tools (BitBucket, Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with Docker and/or AWS EC2/ECS a big plus
