The Digital Marketing/Social Media trainee will help spearhead all digital and social media efforts under the guidance of our Director of Media & Strategy. You will be responsible for helping to create and implement a strategy to increase our digital footprint and social media community. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn firsthand how to participate in various stages of print and online marketing.
Responsibilities
-Develop digital and social media campaigns for the promotion of Jetzy -Help to develop viral and buzz marketing strategies to generate brand awareness -Assist in the creation of e-mail campaigns and online promotion -Knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and analyzing data from these platforms -Find relevant travel, lifestyle, food, fashion & other similar forums, blogs, and interest groups to post about Jetzy -Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials -Assist with fulfillment of marketing offers -Create, schedule, and share event advertisement -Share company photos, posts, videos on different online platforms
Requirements
-Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods -Strong computer skills and a basic understanding of the Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and social media -Excellent communication skills in written and oral -Creativity, ambition, and a strong work ethic -Strong organizational skills -Ability to work independently and in a team environment -Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency -Superior problem-solving skills - must be resourceful and creative with solutions -Must be available to start within a week a two
