Spree (emerging from stealth) is a video-based social commerce platform that is revolutionizing the digital shopping experience by providing consumers with engaging, product-centric content that is coupled with in-stream checkout opportunities, enabling unobstructed shopping while enjoying truly interactive entertainment. With a focus on culturally-infused health and wellness, Spree brings together a network of trusted creators - athletes, trainers, physicians, celebrities, and wellness influencers - to create authentic community for this novel shopping format. Spree is shoppable content people actually want to watch. There are several multi-billion dollar comparables in China but no clear leader in the US.

We are looking for a Head of Product to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. Role will start off “hybrid” with our HQ in Playa Vista.

What you’ll do
Define and execute our product strategy
Scope product requirements and roadmap for platform features and services
Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with our key audiences
Partner with Customer Success, Brand Partnerships, Media Partnerships, and Marketing teams to define and prepare for new product and features launches
Partner with Design and Engineering to build a scalable process to take ideas from inception to development and launch
Establish a framework for experimentation and supporting top of funnel initiatives
Regularly meet with customers to understand their pain points and additional product needs and share our product vision
Partner with engineering to implement analytics to gather platform user data. Track and report on key impact metrics around engagement, retention, and conversion
Maintain robust competitive intelligence to monitor trends and best practices

What you have
5+ years working in product management and leading product teams.
Deep understanding of various project management methodologies and tools; OKR experience bonus
Passion for technology, and tech savvy enough to speak geek with developers
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience leading daily/weekly meetings, including documenting action-items and ensuring deadlines are met
Experience in project planning (Asana or similar)
A track record of successfully managing delivery of new products
Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills
