Product Integration Lead

Work with an exciting new startup that has come out of the University of Southern California that is pioneering new AI solutions. Join this collaborative and fun team as our lead API developer to setup APIs/webhooks for a powerful Intelligent Virtual Assistant Product and creating a seamless user experience.

DUTIES:

• Technical feasibility analysis
• Wireframe technical solution
• Map & build out API technical solution
• Create clear API documentation

QUALIFICAITONS:

• Strong experience creating APIs with AWS Lex and Kendra, for Slack, ERPs such as SAP, HRM systems such as Workday, SalesForce, storage repositories such as Google Suite, marketing cloud solutions, among other systems
• Experience in web-scraping and web-hooking.
• Skills preferred: Python, Javascript, NodeJS, SQL
• Must have some knowledge-base about chatbot building, deep search, natural language processing, data parsing, retrieval, and ranking, and building an analytics dashboard
• A plus if you have former work experience working for an AI, machine learning, knowledge management solution, or learning management solution company
• Extra plus is you have worked for the following companies: Microsoft, Yammer, IBM, Amazon, Apple, AIGO, Bloomfire, AskHR, LeenaAI, inFeedo, Imbenta, Atlassian, Slack, Oracle, Intel, Google, Amazon, Nuance Communications, Guru, ProProfs, Zoho, Bitrix, Zendesk, or SAP.
