We are looking for a part-time employee to join our customer support/risk
management team. This is a remote part-time position with a commitment of 15+ hours a week at a minimum through the holidays.
The Basics
- Support ticket handling; resulting in satisfactory resolution of customer reported issues.
- Respond and resolve reported issues.
- Extreme focus on customer happiness
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English.
Ideal Qualifications
- Has worked in a customer-facing job; account management, customer support, etc.
- Proficiency using Zendesk, Salesforce or other CRM based tools
While your Yiftee experience will be focused on customer support, you will also have a front row seat to the inner workings of a startup, run by an executive team that has multiple IPOs, successful acquisitions and years of venture capital and entrepreneurial experience under our belts.
