Back-End Engineer Overview
Vocul is looking for a Back End Engineer to implement our roadmap features into our platform. The Back-End Engineer will be our 3rd employee and we'd love for them to treat this platform as their very own and this is why we are offering equity to join our company, 3x more than the average on AngelList. We are a very fresh startup but receive incredible feedback on what we're bringing to the market so this is a great time to bring the change! We are also looking for a front-end developer to make our front end as user-friendly as possible (Angular front end).

Requirements
Proven experience with MongoDB
Node.js

Payment
For this role we are looking to provide 3-6% equity (7x higher than average) as payment for a couple of reasons.

1. When someone has ownership in a company they're much more passionate about making it successful
2. The co-founder and I would like to develop a long-term relationship with who we bring on board as our goal is to create and sell companies. We'd like them to join in on all of our ventures.
3. We plan to get acquired within 2-3 years for $30-50m to a company that's similar to ours (we already have 3 in mind we are aiming for.) in a market thats over $2B.
