Job Title: Head of Information Technology

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Description: Duties & Responsibilities

 Creation and management of information technology (IT) infrastructure – on premise and cloud - and software systems in line with business needs and growth keeping future business expansion
 Creation and implementation of IT strategy, roadmap & standards focusing overall organizational growth, security, business continuity & highest up-time in consideration
 Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness while provisioning IT infrastructure and software systems for the organization
Responsible for vendor management activities like evaluating, negotiating commercials, overseeing regular interaction and long-term relationships with vendors

Ensure security and periodic audits of on premise IT assets, cloud IT assets, data, network and backup systems for business continuity & highest up-time in consideration
Design, develop, implement and coordinate IT and data governance process to support regulatory and compliance needs
Responsible for leading & managing internal & external audits (e.g. PCI, ISO 27001, SOC), security audits & professional replies to the regulatory bodies and client’s information security teams.
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Understanding business processes and achieving business process automation through innovative IT solutions.

Work Experience & Skills

12+ years of proven working experience as an information technology manager or relevant experience
5+ years of experience of technical management, information analysis of IT infrastructure and software systems on desktop & server computing technical stack both Microsoft and multiple Unix flavors
Candidate with a balanced experience with desktop and server computing is will be preferred for the job
Incumbent will need to have skills to manage on premise IT assets like desktop, networking devices, VOIP phone, firewall, domain name service, email, web, FTP Services etc.
Incumbent should demonstrate good understanding of server and local networking concepts
Candidate should possess hands on experience with on premise and / or cloud data centers with providers such as AWS, Microsoft, Softlayer etc.
Prior experience with compliance process for audits such as PCI, ISO or SOC will be given preference over others
Experience with transformation IT systems with any on the previous organization will be considered as great value

Qualifications

B Tech / BE / M Tech / ME or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant fields
