**About the role
After a hugely successful 2020, and with big plans for the year, we are looking for an experienced Senior Ecommerce Manager to drive business strategy and growth. This is an unrivalled opportunity to drive the end-to-end commercial trajectory of the business including bringing new products to market, pushing forward new ideas to drive online conversions, and entering new sales channels and markets. We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and entrepreneurial individual, who will benefit from uncapped commissions on earnings.
**Responsibilities
· Develop an effective evaluation process and methodology to implement weekly performance monitoring to analyse sales, marketing and customer data, product performance including developing and implementing plans to improve overall store performance.
· Ownership of the end-to-end customer journey to increase traffic and optimise for on-site conversions, repeat purchases, and reduce customer friction (bounce rate, abandon cart)
· Own strategic conversion initiatives to deliver a robust A/B and multivariate testing roadmap, analysing effectiveness across target segments to drive commercial results
· Collaborate with Marketing team to develop marketing copy, landing pages, standard website pages and category content to support customer journey.
· Work with business partners to ensure optimisation of paid media activities to support monthly sales targets.
· Keep abreast of the beauty and wellness industry and competitive landscapes and provide insights into new business opportunities and propose actions to maximise commercial growth including ensuring relevance of the online product portfolio and working with our business partners to bring new products to market
· Accountable for P&L growth, margin enhancement and market share growth across key categories including launching the wholesale business
· Own forecasting across SKUs per channel and per market, working with our factory and warehouse to ensure stock coverage and manage product buying cycle.
· Facilitate strategic dialogue on distribution and vendor set-up and how to improve operational foundation of the business
**Requirements
· Must have 5+ years experience in ecommerce (e.g. Shopify). Experience in beauty and personal care industry will be highly regarded
· Extensive hands-on experience in growing online sales through multiple levers – digital marketing, on-site product and landing pages, site navigation etc
· Good end to end understanding including technology and supply chain understanding
· Strong experience in Google Analytics, A/B testing, including test and learn and heavy reliance on data to inform decision making
· Experience in performance marketing, conversion rate optimisation and digital media
· Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse and translate sales, marketing and product data into actionable operational improvements.
· Ambitious, result driven, entrepreneurial with ability to work under pressure and multitask.
· Digital marketing experience across media channels (PPC, Display, SEO, Email, and Paid Social)
· Experience in developing landing pages (drag and drop builders) highly regarded
