CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, ESL Trainer

This position requires you to train adults from various sectors based on similar proficiencies. The main job role is to deliver training programs, ensure improvement in the participant’s language command and monitor progress. You are responsible for executing the training program effectively as per the business requirement and improving their language command.

Responsible for:

• Delivering training to the participants through online and offline sessions.
• Contribute to ongoing program development, curriculum development, and assessments.
• Giving feedback and advising participants on areas of improvement.
• Prepare individual participant feedback based on their interaction in the sessions.
• Share areas of improvement with specific deliverables for each participant.

• Has experience in teaching in group, online and offline

• Is confident and has a strong command over the language.
