Tasks
You define and execute the company's tech vision and ensure that strategic business goals are translated into code. You will do so by personally jumping head first into software development while building your own tech team, thus accounting for the product's overall success. You will achieve this goal together with the CEO and CPO. Doing so, you will become a key figure in disrupting a dormant multi-billion market from the very get-go.

• Set up the architecture, define the techstack and chose adequate data encription methods to protect sensitive patient data
• Develop the Lani SaaS platform for web, including integration into locally hosted windows systems
• Hire and lead your engineering and design team, accounting for quality, cost and speed
• Coordinate new features with the CPO while continuously improving the existing code base on the techstack of your choice
• Proactively bring in your own ideas and potential improvements, while learning and introducing new technologies to improve our tech stack
• Shape internal coding standards and create the necessary technical documentation

Requirements

• You have 5+ years experience in leadership positions, ideally in VC-funded startups
• You know how to build complex architecture and navigate sensitive health data
• You built SaaS products before, ideally with CRM and chat features
• You are a self-starter and have a great sense of ownership
• You communicate freely in English, German is a plus
