We at Urban Ground are building a platform for renting long-term housing instantaneously with ease & convenience. So easy, it would be similar to booking a vacation rental or a hotel room. Initially, the platform will cater to the German market & later expand to other top urban areas of the world like London, Paris, New York, SFO, ...

Finding a long-term rental in top urban areas is painstakingly hard. It takes a tenant multiple physical visitations before being accepted. A landlord on the other side meets numerous tenants & goes through scores of documentation before choosing the right tenant. Additionally, there are problems related to Fraud, Non-Compliant Rental Agreements, Document Privacy & finally language barrier for a certain group of tenants. It​ ​is​ currently​ ​impossible​ ​to​ ​sign​ ​up​ ​for​ ​a long-term​ ​rental​ ​either​ ​remotely​ ​or​ ​based​ ​locally​ ​in​ ​a​ ​100%​ ​digital​ ​fashion.

We are looking to employ Big Data Modelling & AI to mitigate this problem
