Overview:
AdTribute is seeking an experienced Senior Media Planner with a diverse background in digital and traditional media to join our growing team. This position serves a critical role in casting strategic media vision for our clients, inspiring growth among team members, and providing innovative thinking in the paid media space. You’ll be challenged to set the working style for the group, lead the strategic media direction for the line of business, and establish strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee client campaigns from briefing through implementation and reconciliation for both B2B and B2C clients
- Deliver best in class holistic media strategies, inclusive of client KPI success
- Be a leader that can advise clients on strategy, and the team can rely on for guidance
- Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions to address them
- Utilize research tools (e.g. MRI, comScore) to gather information and develop key insights and campaign strategies
- Lead and oversee all digital media campaign services including strategy, planning, buying, trafficking, implementation, campaign management, optimization, reporting, and reconciliation
- Experience with pivot tables and developing reporting insights from data
- Draw insight from campaign results and create a story to provide recommendations
- Monitoring campaign deliveries for appropriate pacing, delivery, and performance
- On-going media research to keep abreast of ever-evolving landscape, technologies, and new vendors/offerings
- Ability to assist with new business opportunities as they come up
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of media planning experience with high-level clients
- Ability to deliver sound strategy that aligns directly with client business goals
- Expertise in performance marketing and extensive experience in digital media (paid social, display, video, SEM, etc.)
- Experience with traditional media channel planning and buying (TV, Radio, Out of Home, Print, etc.)
- Experience with developing and implementing campaign analytics and measurement plans
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Ability to improvise/think on your feet
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to think strategically and teaching others to think strategically
- Ability to rally team members around a new solution
- Believer in the importance of the role of data & analytics in decision-making
- Passion for developing creative/exciting media execution ideas
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
