Senior Software Engineer / Full-Stack Web Developer PHP (m/f/d)

We are looking for you (m/f/d) to further accelerate our strong growth phase in our base in Berlin. Our Tech-Team is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of critical systems and user-facing parts of the platform and thereby plays a central role in the company’s success! As a Senior Software Engineer / Full-Stack Web Developer (PHP + JS + PGSQL, m/f/d) you will become responsible for all (critical) parts of the platform and transform InstaFreight as a forwarding company to the market leader in the European road-freight traffic.

You have several years of experience with this tech stack:
Languages:

• PHP (we work with Phalcon, but that's not a requirement), SQL
• JS (mostly vanilla and some react & redux), HTLM & CSS
• Python & Node.js are a plus
• data storage: SQL & NoSQL; PGSQL is a plus
• Principles: agile, CI, SOLID
• You are self-motivated and strive to find pragmatic, incremental paths to success, even when faced with big challenges
• You are a positive and forward-looking human being - robots are cool and all, but we're a team that likes working together
• You are willing to learn & master any technology, language, or development environment that we might need in the future
• You value code quality and scalability
• You feel comfortable owning complex systems and keep calm in tense times
• You have excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
