About the Role

We’re hiring a Frontend Engineer who’s ready to do more than just ship features. If you’ve worked on real, production-grade projects, love building beautiful, performant UIs, and are hungry to grow your scope, this is for you.

This is a high-ownership role — you'll work directly with the founders, manage juniors, and play a key role in shaping how engineering is done at EPYC.

What You’ll Do

• Frontend Development

  • Build modern UIs with React
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
  • Improve our software development process

• Project Ownership

  • Own delivery timelines and quality
  • Break down work, estimate, and drive execution

• AI & Innovation

  • Champion use of AI in UI/UX, testing, or automation
  • Stay updated and experiment with new tools

• Communication

  • Explain tech clearly to non-tech clients
  • Handle ambiguous requirements
  • Join client calls occasionally

• Team Leadership

  • Mentor junior developers
  • Plan their work and track progress

• Execution Mindset

  • Build fast when needed
  • Know when to switch to robustness and scale

Who You Are

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 3 years of continuous experience (excluding internship)
• Has deployed live projects to production
• Strong JS fundamentals and ReactJS expertise
• Clear communicator with an ownership mindset
• Passionate about technology and always exploring
• Street-smart, accountable, and outcome-driven

Bonus Points For:

• DevOps and backend exposure
  
• AI experimentation experience
  
• Familiarity with no-code tools
  
• Comfort with Linux or Mac
