About the job
Now that the GEM is over 525 members, we are looking for a help with community management. Professionalism and manners are essential. A hunger to learn is a must, and writing experience a huge plus. Ideally someone with a passionate for real estate tech (aka Proptech).
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new members
- Offboarding cancellations and gathering + organizing feedback to use to improve the member experience.
- Increasing participation at in-person events.
- Facilitate online interaction in the GEM forum.

- ChargeBee (currently still migrating some members off Paypal)
- Google Docs

- Trello
Location: Remote. Preference for being able to work USA timezone hours.
Time: Start at 12 hours per week.
