Marketing Associate (Entry-Level / New Grad)

FixerUp is an early-stage startup reimagining home repair and improvement through technology, transparency, and standardized service delivery. We’re building a better experience for homeowners and service professionals by making it easier to understand, book, and manage home services with confidence.

We’re looking for a motivated recent graduate or early-career professional who is excited about marketing, growth, and startups. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and help build a brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Help create and manage social media content, short-form videos, and other brand materials
• Assist with local partnerships, community outreach, and event coordination
• Contribute to user acquisition and growth initiatives, including experiments to drive awareness and engagement
• Help with content writing for email, social posts, landing pages, and promotional materials
• Track campaign performance, organize feedback, and help identify what is working and what should improve
• Work closely with leadership on a wide range of marketing and growth projects in a fast-moving startup environment

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate or early-career professional
• Strong interest in marketing, growth, startups, and consumer products
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and moving things forward with limited structure
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to wear multiple hats

Nice to Have

• Internship, campus organization, side project, or other experience related to marketing, social media, events, or growth
• Basic design skills or experience using tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar
• Interest in local/community marketing or startup operations
