Full time strategic head of Affiliate to come work directly under our CEO and bring in affiliate partners. Bookairfreight affiliate partners are businesses and individuals with a network they can utilize to refer new customers for a conversion fee.

$1,500 USD/month with 1% equity stake

*You: *
- Have 2-3 years experience in the e-commerce space, ideally as an e-commerce store owner.
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Looking for a role with high impact on a company’s customer acquisition strategy.
- Looking for significant autonomy on how to generate new partnerships with full support from the rest of the team to get it done.
- Less concerned about the comp package at this point, but want early-employee equity at a company with an aggressive growth trajectory. You want a company you can grow with.
- Interested in logistics - can think globally. This isn’t a San Francisco startup selling to other San Francisco startups. Shipping runs the world and we want to be its backbone.
- Want to work remotely, and have a guarantee that you won’t be forced back into the office after the pandemic has settled. Bookairfreight is REMOTE FIRST.
- Ready to get your hands dirty and partner with the team to build this startup into something huge. Our founding team is ALL-IN, having left jobs at top firms to build this company. You need to match our energy.
The job
- Identify, reach out to, and convert partners that could come in and refer our services to their network.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to execute on ideas to grow our partner base.
- Work on scalable strategic initiatives to attract and retain affiliate partners
Your skills
- Knowledge of the e-commerce business lifecycle, as either an owner or business developer/account manager.
- Experience using a CRM (ideally ZoHo)
- Experience managing partner relationships.
- Experience servicing leads - both by phone and email.
