Position overview
• Meeting and exceeding quota through selling to new customers
• Generating leads from trade shows, networking events and other sources
• Converting and closing leads
• Mapping territories and accounts finding prospect customers
• Maintaining the CRM database and accurately forecasting
• Shaping a qualified sales pipeline
• Managing an accurate forecast, while maintaining realistic expectations on all opportunities
Required Experience
• Previous experience in an enterprise sales environment, ideally at a very early stage of a busi-ness’s life-cycle. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a similar company (Early stage enterprise SaaS, ACV £24k-£120k, Legal tech) but that’s not essential.
• Demonstrable and quantifiable performance-driven success in your previous roles – through a clear track record of year-on-year quota achievement
• Gained experience of consultative led enterprise sales process (4+ years minimum)
• Direct experience of closing large enterprise deals
• Demonstrable track record of growing an account from initial contact to deployment
• Ability to work with technical pre-sales as part of the sales engagement process
• Ability to earn customer trust in combination with exceptional communication skills
• Be able to work with the wider team to build a compelling narrative around a complex product
• Be self-reliant and motivated to build a sales pipeline
• You’ll be equally comfortable pitching to top executives as you are crafting proposals
