CMO/COO

Skipwish.com is seeking a Co-founder to act as CMO/COO.

Skipwish is a universal gift registry application with AI and human curated gift recommendations. The marriage of features and content place this business in a cross-over niche between Events, Ecommerce, and Lifestyle. The company plans to enter into a seed funding round in Q1 2021.

Candidates must be experienced managers with professional experience or working knowledge of digital marketing. Start-up experience is preferred.

As a start-up, our teammates are regularly putting in the extra hours to continue driving towards new milestones, this position should expect to meet and exceed the work schedules of his/her teammates.

Most important, the candidate must have a passion for the subject matter (holidays, weddings, gift giving).

Daily operations and marketing activities include:

• Overseeing customer support staff
• Writing and scheduling content and social media strategies
• Overseeing copywriters and link building staff in accordance with content strategy
• Managing paid search and social advertising campaigns
• Overseeing and contributing to campaign and feature development
• Contributing to quality assurance testing

As a fully built website and mobile app suite, you would be entering into existing infrastructure with 1,000 active registered users and a team of producers. The site also has been monetized via affiliate marketing partnerships but currently reports no substantial revenue. This position would be responsible for improving customer reengagement to increase our annual contract value per user.

This is an equity-only position. Equity offered upon signing will include a vesting period to be determined upon offer.
