As a Customer Experience Executive, you own and contribute to messaging across all stages of the customer lifecycle. From new users to repeat users — you will help resolve customer issues, move metrics and deliver happiness.
Responsibilities:
- Work well under pressure to deliver a WOW experience for our customers through email, chat and phone support
- Harness our knowledge base to inform solutions that balance customer needs with business goals
- Liaison with various teams, including operations and logistics to resolve customer issues within deadlines
- Champion the Country Bean brand voice and tone throughout all channels
- Increase automation, implementing best practices at scale, and driving satisfaction, retention, and cross-sell/upsell
Requirements:
- 0-5 years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Deadline-driven with strong time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with organization skills
