Job Description
Building on our consistent, significant growth over the past 3 years, the next 15 months will be big for us, and we want an Insurance and Software enthusiast to join our team to help us achieve our goals. Your job will be to lead the prospect outbound and inbound campaigns, and work with Independent Insurance agencies across the nation to help them Discover inefficiencies in their current process, and making XILO the solution. This data will help drive operational efficiencies, which will allow agencies to save money, time and provide world class shopping experiences for their prospective clients.

What you'll do-
-Build your own strategy to drive pipeline development in your territory.
-Listen to and empathize with various stakeholders at Independent Insurance Agencies to understand what challenges agencies face when doing their work and going through their sales process.
-Convince Executives, and agents alike to approach old problems in new ways, while leading deals from initial engagement to close.
Lead the outbound and inbound initial outreach ( cold outreach and warm inbound appointment setting)
-Set appointments through outreach to drive more revenue
-Lead and manage calls with prospects before meetings to make sure they attend
-Work with our customer support team during onboardings of new clients.
Studying articles on the market and product competition
-Lead our cold outreach campaigns into insurance brokerages to set up meetings
-Proficient in all systems including Outreach, Salesforce, Slack, Wrike etc. and use them consistently in the SDR role
About You-
-Our ideal Sales Developement Represenative hire will have 2-5 years of experience in Business development and client outreach (B2B/B2G) - bonus if in the insurance industry! - and will:
- Expert in outbound pipeline generation, proven track record of consistent prospect outreach and business developement.
-Have knowledge of the independent agency and insurance industry landscape including Carriers, Groups, Franchises, MGA, etc.
-Have a track record of exceeding quota in your previous positions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to foster internal feedback loops (i.e. between sales, marketing, product, customer success, etc.)
