UX Designer

Design and user experience (UX) are at the center of everything we do. The job of a Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical.

In a Designer role, you will take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use solutions. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of other Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Owners throughout the design process from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a design system for the entire company
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets & build page navigation buttons and search fields
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Eventually manage 1 or more junior designers
Collaborate with product managers and engineers and graphic designers
Communicate effectively with internal teams and key stakeholders
Requirements:

At least 3-4 years of professional experience
A strong portfolio of example work which demonstrates creative design thinking and UX/UI best practices
Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad range of projects.
Project Management Skills: Ability to work independently, set realistic goals and adjust in the face of unforeseen circumstances
Excellent communication skills
Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
Experience working with distributed, global teams
Skills:

Software Skills: Wix, Figma (or similar), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, InVision, Sketch

Technical Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS

Nice to Have:

Prior experience working in enterprise software
Technical Stack: AngularJS
