Design Technologist - Full-time

We firmly believe that design is about functionality i.e. "how it works" not "what it looks like". We are insistent that a product should be like a bridge which gets you from point A to point B, without even having to notice the existence of the bridge itself.

We're looking for emapthetic design heroes, who can turn an abstract vision into a tangible, cohesive UX, to join us in #buidl-ing ecosystems and infrastructure for web3.0 and unlocking wealth creation opportunities in this next tech paradigm.

Responsibilities

• Take on lead for designing the overall end to end UX of the platform.
• Design with a mindset that we intend to ship this out to real users, not on Dribble! (We love to work with designers who can code so there's no back-and-forth handoff with engineering — this helps us move fast!)
• Follow adequate best practises around frontend code.
• Nothing overboard, just ensuring that do-things-that-don’t scale doesn’t lead to a product not even able to scale to 100 users.

Skills required

Must have:

• Curiosity and ability to figure out things on the go
• A design tool that they know back off the hand (We love Figma)
• A declarative stateful frontend framework. (We are big fans of React)
• Familiarity with version control (Github)
• Excellent communication skills

Big plus if have:

• Knowhow of mobile-first design principles
• Experience with GraphQL API integration
