Well-capitalized startup backed by Y Combinator and GoAhead Ventures is seeking a customer success manager to help pioneer a life manager app that runs your day. You must be friendly, reliable, and be ready to interact with customers. Top-notch communication skills are essential.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the candidate filling this role will spend a few hours on Sundays calling customers (founders, scientists, and executives) and helping them plan their work weeks. By getting in early, this role offers uncapped opportunities to grow professionally.
What you’ll do
- Onboard new customers over Zoom calls, ascertaining their goals and setting them up on the app.
- Regularly Zoom call customers (mostly venture-backed founders) on Sundays and ask them questions in a socratic style to help them self-organize and plan their work weeks.
- Asynchronously message users throughout the week to nudge them to complete the tasks and habits on their calendars.
Expect talented, motivated, intense, and interesting co-workers. Your compensation will include meaningful equity ownership.
