If you are applying at ZuAI, you should have a few things in mind. 1. You are the owner. If you are taking up something, you ideate, you execute, and you finish it. You have complete ownership of it. Don't understand this as you won't have help. Help at ZuAI is always available to the people who as for it. 2. Champion your documentation skills. Irrespective of what you are working on, you need this. We aim to be painstakingly detailed with everything to ensure that the user has the best experience possible. Don't mistake this for us to not be spontaneous. We do lot's of spontaneous stuff but only once we have have thought things through (You can always document later but a piece of advice? Don't procrastinate) 3. Asynchronous Working. We believe in you work when your ideas come you. No one can beat that into a small period of the day like 9-5. Take your time and work when your creative juices are flowing. Although keeping a modest deadline for all of your tasks also stops you from procrastinating to the end of the world.
