1. Marketing/Customer Success- Understands the big gap in the marketplace of integrating external marketing channels into ecommerce and SaaS (such as FB ads for Amazon as a starting point for brand amplification). 2. Engineering- Lots of APIs and integrations. Full-stack or more on the backend. We are not using a traditional SaaS model. Aside from subscriptions, we always ask the question "how to add innovation to growth?", which leads to developing features that feed into new business models. For example, creating partnerships through investment & acquisitions to help our subscribers grow even more. The foundation is improving ad platform decisions, as an entryway to other marketing optimizations and automations in ecommerce.
