You get real ownership here early. I've been able to move across functions and pick up work well outside my job description, and nobody treats that as unusual. If you want to learn something, you're expected to go do it. The hierarchy is flat enough that you can take an idea straight to the people who decide on it. How much you grow here is mostly a function of how much you take on.
