Our Company Values are the most important set of guidelines that define our culture and how we work by here at ZenSports. Our 6 Company Values: 1) Integrity and morality will be exhibited at all times and factor into every decision or policy made. 2) Communicate electronically and in-person in real time in order to eliminate a “meeting culture”, and so that everyone has the latest information as soon as possible. 3) We should be convicted in what we believe and realize that others will take at face value what we say. 4) Exhibit open, transparent, and real time communication/feedback in a professional manner and with good reason, even if the truth hurts. 5) Employees are expected to use the ZenSports product on an ongoing basis in order to understand both how our product works and the pain/delight that our customers are going through. 6) Employees should want to work at THIS company, and if they don’t, we expect that they’ll quit before they deliver poor work.
