Zapp is an ecommerce business (not a marketplace) that enables people to order convenience store essential products (i.e. grocery products, chilled drinks, snacks, frozen items, fresh fruit & vegetables, tobacco and strong alcohol). By using our website or app, customers are able to search and browse our catalogue of products and get it delivered in under 20 minutes. The ultra-fast delivery is powered by a network of hyper-local micro fulfillment centers, in which our pickers pack the orders and from where our delivery riders deliver it to our customers directly.
