• Build and evolve user-facing AI products: copilot and agent style interfaces, conversational flows, streaming responses and human in the loop review screens.
• Design and maintain our design system and web components, used across Yuno's applications and by third parties.

• MLOps framework: design, build and maintain the MLOps platform (experiment tracking, model registry, versioning and reproducible training pipelines); establish CI/CD practices for ML with automated testing, validation gates and promotion workflows from dev to production; define standards and tooling for feature stores, model artifacts and environment reproducibility across teams.

• Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of North America partners across acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring partners are engaged, enabled, and growing within the Yuno ecosystem.

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer's technical requirements and deliver tailored, code-level product demonstrations
• Design and execute custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments based on each client's specific tech stack and use cases

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to deeply understand customer needs and define the right problems to solve.

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary data engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor engineers at all levels — supporting their growth through coaching, structured feedback, and clear career expectations.

• Define architecture within the data platform, structure and deliver projects and initiatives end-to-end.
• Act as a technical reference point for the Data team, setting quality standards, testing, observability, data modeling, and documentation.

• API and microservices development — build and evolve high-performance APIs and microservices in Go, designed for reliability, low latency, and scale.
• End-to-end ownership — take full ownership of features and services, from discovery and design to production rollout and monitoring.

• Build and deploy scalable AI products leveraging LLMs to support Yuno’s payment orchestration platform.
• Develop and optimize prompts to ensure high-quality outputs from LLMs for specific use cases, such as customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance.
