YUMiBOX is created by a team of Dietitians to help consumers include whole grains in our diets. We've become so reliant on refined carbs (sugar, pasta, bread) -- an overconsumption of refined carbs is one of the underlying causes for our rising rates of chronic diseases and obesity. The problem is, whole grains are a bit complex and boring... people don't have time to explore grains like amaranth, freekeh or farro. So we decided to make it easy with our breakfast oatmeal product line and supper ancient grains product line. We pride ourselves in our fun, bold flavours such as our Pina Colada or Red Velvet oatmeals; Taco and Buffalo wings flavoured supper grains! We believe food companies should be lead by Dietitians to ensure clean labels, nutritionally balanced food products. We are on a mission to increase whole grain consumption and to promote a plant-based diet.
