At Yelow, we are building the world's most rewarding omnichannel payment ecosystem that we term "Payments 3.0." We are solving the problem of customer engagement and customer retention for offline merchants and online D2C brands. Most of the merchants don't know how to communicate offers to their customers. They don't have any way to do so. Even the online D2C brands are facing problems with customer retention. They are not able to increase the lifetime value of customers so that they can be profitable early. They keep investing a lot in customer acquisition, but they don't know how to focus on customer retention. We are a nimble team with independence and authority to each person in the team. We all are entrepreneurial and are solving one of the biggest problems of the century.
