Yapz is a growth-stage startup helping college club leaders connect and collaborate with other clubs of similar goals and interests. We are looking for a Backend Mobile Developer that has experience with Python, Django, and Flask, data structures and algorithms. Specifically looking for startup-minded candidates who flourish with small teams, desire growth-roles, and have a knack for analyzing niche problems. About Yapz: Company culture is predicated on two things - willingness to fail and learn from that failure, and holding each team member accountable for high standards. We want someone vocal who will always challenge ideas to make sure that the chosen path is the correct one. Having raised a Pre-seed and already staffed two other team members, initial compensation will be hourly. However, if things work out, stock options will be offered after the first few months.
