Work from home for two days a week
You can avail WFH for two days a week and of course we understand you have a family and friends too. If need be, this can be extended.
Mandatory "break from work"
We believe taking a break from work resets our thought process and make us a better critique than being too close with the problems. We push our team to go on breaks and vacays.
