XLR8UH careers

XLR8UH is the University of Hawaii's first Proof of Concept Commercialization Center and Venture Accelerator. XLR8UH was formed as a public-private partnership between the University of Hawaii and Sultan Ventures. Focusing on commercialization of early stage innovation and talent affiliated with the University of Hawai‘i, XLR8UH fills the critical void that was historically present as nascent technologies and novice entrepreneurs attempted to cross the “commercialization chasm” or “valley of death” many high technology endeavors face. XLR8UH therefore provides much needed additional guidance, support, and investment resources. 

XLR8UH is currently in the middle of the first cohort of companies participating in the program with technologies and entrepreneurs represented across multiple disciplines, islands, and varied status (faculty, UH technology, alumni).
