We are building the future of hiring by innovating on the existing business model and product of hiring marketplaces: upfront, we believe a sticky, user-focused consumer social app with inbuilt virality and growth loops will create strong network effects on the demand-side, which will in-turn drive supply. Long-term, we aim to sell through a strong sales motion to SMEs and Fortune 500 companies toward a future of employment that looks decentralized and much more blue-collar. Once we partner with SMEs, we are leveraging a data-driven approach as a superpower to lend to businesses to handle their payments, finances, and build a blockchain system to automate hiring and payments at a local level.
