We help hourly workers find better jobs through radical transparency. We require companies to reveal their salaries, benefits, and exact locations for the hourly workforce. We believe that hourly workers are one of the most underserved populations in the tech industry. We are building a platform that allows them to utilize tools and information currently available only for white-collar workers, specifically tech professionals. For good companies, we are creating a platform that allows them to be differentiated from their competition regarding hiring the best workers. Instead of using transparency as a mandate for employers, we are building a platform that incentivizes transparency to find the best workers.
