We revolutionize Europe's youth employment with our mobile on demand job matching service

Youth unemployment is one of the biggest problems facing society today. Young people of all backgrounds are being starved of the opportunity of getting into the workplace to prove their skills and participate in the economy.
In the Spring of 2016, WorkPilots launched iOS, Android and Web versions (mobile first) of an on-demand job matching service in Finland. This on-demand job matching app has revolutionized the way young people find temporary work and gain work-experience, using a few clicks on their smartphones.
In just under 10 months, over 6,000 youths in Finland have registered and 5,000 hours of work were sold with 12 major municipalities’ endorsements. In 2017 the service is projected to grow 1,000% in Finland alone, and in the next 3 years replicate across Europe with focus on high unemployment regions where today an estimated 4-7m youths are out of work.
