WorkHound is a real-time feedback platform for frontline workers to help companies reduce avoidable turnover.

The text and mobile-web application allows companies to request, analyze, and respond to anonymous feedback from frontline workers. The platform organizes data into a simple dashboard, giving companies the opportunity to view feedback by topic and temperature (i.e. positive and negative), as well as request one-on-one conversations if employees wish to reveal their identity.

By doing this, companies are able to proactively address worker issues before they walk out the door. Companies also use this feedback as operational intelligence to make smarter business decisions.
