Our investors are University of Michigan alumni but we invest in startups from anywhere.
Investments typically have a functioning product and some evidence of product-market fit. We make exceptions for highly differentiated technology with some measurable advantage (grant funding, strategic partners, etc.).
A portion of our carry is invested into entrepreneurial programs at University of Michigan.
