Seed&Spark has spent the last 8 years as an education and crowdfunding platform for creators, cultivating an unprecedented pipeline of unique voices and award-winning content.  Leveraging that content, Seed&Spark has launched Film Forward, a proprietary SaaS platform that not only trains essential soft skills through an inclusive lens, but transforms workplaces through deep employee intelligence and strategic insights.
