We believe our team should be mentally and physically healthy. Insurance costs are covered fully for employees and majority subsidized for dependents.

Team equity

We believe team should be participating and bought in, so we established a big team pool for equity allocations and make that part of all offers.

Sometimes you need to be heads-down

Remote work is supported as needed. We have a nice, sunny office and enjoy working side-by-side but sometimes you need to get heads-down somewhere quiet. Or meet your plumber.

Gotta get away

Sometimes you need to get away to recharge. We get it. Vacation is as-needed and generous. We manage to goals and KPIs, not timesheets or attendance.
