Culture and benefits at Persona

We have a few company-wide traditions to stay aligned and have fun while doing it — whether we’re meeting in-person or remotely. Some examples are below: Weekly all-hands meetings Learn about weekly priorities and what everyone’s working on, with fun music to kick off every session and our weekly wrap up (appropriated titled 'LOL' - last week out loud) Monthly social budget Hang out with fellow Personerds virtually or in-person — covered by Persona. No work talk allowed. Quarterly team offsites Choose an activity to bond with your team. So far, we’ve done pottery, graffiti, cooking, and more. Park hangouts Take a break from work to enjoy the sun and meet everyone’s families (both furry and human). Mental health days In addition to unlimited PTO, our office is closed once a quarter and also the end of the year to make sure the team has sufficient time to re-charge away from the office.
