Discretionary time off

Discretionary Paid Time Off (“DTO”) is not accrued, and there is no maximum amount of DTO you can take. DTO allows employees to manage their time off needs for vacation, as as well as to take care of personal business or other obligations.

For employees who work at our HQ office, lunch is provided on Mondays and Wednesdays. In addition, our pantry and fridge is always stocked with snacks & drinks!

All remote/flexible employees can reimburse IT hardware for their home office use, up to a set dollar limit. In addition, these employees may reimburse home office equipment up to a set dollar limit.
