• Financial System Setup: Maintain Wevise’s foundational financial systems, including Stripe for donations and Mercury for banking.
• Bookkeeping & Reconciliation: Perform or oversee all bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accurate and timely entry of all financial data.

• Making access to technology careers more deliberate and more equitable.

• Lead long-term financial planning aligned with Wevise’s strategic roadmap and multi-city expansion goals.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario plans to support fundraising, program growth, and organizational sustainability.

• Keep projects on track by coordinating timelines, assigning tasks, and ensuring key deliverables are completed.
• Monitor progress across teams, identify delays or gaps, and help resolve blockers.

• Maintaining development velocity across a distributed volunteer engineering team with variable availability.
• Coordinating engineering delivery against active organizational and program priorities.
